My practice is all about women supporting women, with a gentle, down-to-earth approach that meets you exactly where you are.

About me

Hello! I’m Harriet, a certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Hypnobirthing Teacher and mum of two.

I provide Hypnotherapy and Hypnobirthing services from my cosy, home-based therapy room in Bolton.

My journey into hypnotherapy began during one of the most transformative experiences of my life - the birth of my first child.

Through practicing the hypnobirthing techniques, I discovered just how powerful the mind-body connection can be. The calm focus and confidence I felt during birth opened my eyes to the incredible potential of hypnosis, not just for birth but for life.

That experience inspired me to dive deeper into the world of the subconscious mind and how it shapes our thoughts, behaviours and wellbeing. This led me to embark on a course to become a hypnotherapist, so that I could share this incredibly powerful tool with others like you, helping you to overcome challenges and limitations that are holding you back, to break through the barriers and achieve your goals.

I went on to train with Love Your Birth (a FEDANT accredited course) to become a certified Hypnobirthing teacher, and have since dedicated myself to helping others feel more empowered, calm and in control - whether preparing for birth, working through anxiety, or wanting to make lasting positive changes.

I combine my knowledge of the body and mind with compassionate, evidence-based approach to support you wherever you are in your journey. My aim is always to create a safe, welcoming space where you can reconnect with your inner strength and feel truly supported.
